Online Refund Policy
Paula Rowan will be happy to exchange or refund your online purchase within 28 days of delivery. This refund will not include postage. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card, if you have used a Paula Rowan gift card, your refund will automatically be credited to the original giftcard. If you no longer have the original giftcard please contact us.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on the pieces, please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or moisturizer that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Sizes can always be swapped, no matter where in the world you are situated, and we offer a gift receipt for any purchase.
How to Make a Return By Post
1. Write a note indicating your name and if, possible, the order number along with which items you are returning/exchanging
2. Repackage the goods in their original packaging
3. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage
In Store Return Policy
As we pride ourselves on our customer service in store, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds, however we are happy to exchange unused merchandise if returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt or offer a store credit. Size can always be swapped if they are not correct and we offer a gift receipt for any purchase.
